BT Internet Verification Email Issues.

Issues registering with BT Internet email address.

We are aware of an issue that some customers are experiencing whilst trying to register for our service using a BT Internet email address. 

Currently, customers who try to register online, using a BT Internet email address will not receive the verification email and are unable to complete the registration process. 

Please contact our Customer Service team at gwc@biffa.co.uk or 0800 0858 286, and the team will be happy to assist. Our offices are open 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. 

Whilst we have raised this with our internal IT department, we would also suggest you contact BT directly to report this issue.
